2015 Elizabethtown Bears Cup Information...
8U-12U Allstar Tournaments being held!! Please get signed up before we are full!!!!
The Elizabethtown Boys Club Baseball League will be hosting its second annual tournament on the Poplar Street baseball fields in Elizabethtown, PA and Conoy Fields off of 441 in 2015.
There will be five brackets for your program to compete in:
8U Tournament 10 Team invitational 6/20 – 6/21/15
9U Tournament 12 Team invitational 6/26 – 6/28/15
10U Tournament 12 (Max 14) Team invitational 7/10 – 7/12/15
11U Tournament 12 (Max 14) Team invitational 7/17 – 7/19/15
12U Tournament 12 (Max 14) Team invitational 7/24 – 7/26/14
These will be all double elimination tournaments. The players must meet the following criteria:
8U – All players must be 8 years old or younger on April 30, 2015
9U – All players must be 9 years old or younger on April 30, 2015
10U – All players must be 10 years old or younger on April 30, 2015
11U – All players must be 11 years old or younger on April 30, 2015
12U – All players must be 12 years old or younger on April 30, 2015
The entry fee will be $275 for the 8U, 9U, 10U, 11U age groups by May 1st, after May 1st the Entry Fee will be $325. The tentative date for the coaches meeting will on Friday, 6/5/2015 at 7 PM in the Gears Building on Poplar Street for all age groups, rules and seedings will be drawn at that time. Please bring your roster and copies of birth certificates for each player. This is a first come first entry tournament, so don’t miss out on the Annual “Battle for the Bears Cup” in 2015.
If you have any questions, please call Chuck Kukic 717.201.6674. The tournament will fill up quickly, so first 10/12/14 teams in each division to mail their registration forms and checks will be accepted. Registration and checks must be mailed by May 1st, 2015.
