Congratulations to the UGI Phillies on winning the PONY Championship game against the Optimist Club Pirates, 1 - 0, on Wenger Field. 

The game was a very well played game with the players on both teams pitching well, and playing defense.  The score was 0-0 until the bottom of the 5th inning when Devyn Clair grounded out to the pitcher which allowed Aiden Weaver to score the winning run.

Congratulations also go to the Moose Nationals on winning the Colt Consolation game against the Orth Plumbing Padres by scoring 4 runs in the top of the 6th to win 7 - 5, on Minor Field.

I would like to thank all of the players, coaches, and parents for making 2012 a very fun and successful season.  I hope we have introduced and taught the players how the game of baseball is suppose to be played and I look forward to seeing them all next year.
