The EBC held its monthly board meeting at the GEARS Community Center on Poplar Street.  The meetings are open to the public.  The previous month’s minutes are posted online for public review.  You can find them on our About Us page .  The minutes are posted one month after the meeting so that the board can review the previous month’s minutes and approve them.
